168 Missed Appointments
In January there were 168 patients who did not attend their appointment. This was made up of 75 GP slots, 45 Nurse, 41 HCA and 7 Pharmacist slots and as we are all aware, appointments are very hard to come by. If you cannot attend, please let us know in good time so that this figure can be greatly improved going forward. You can cancel an appointment using your NHS App, our website or by phoning us. Let's all help each other to make this better.
