168 patients failed to attend their appointment in January. This was made up of 75 GP slots, 45 Nurse, 41 HCA and 7 Pharmacist slots. As we are all aware, appointments are very hard to come by, so we would really like your help by letting us know in good time if you are unable to attend so that this figure can be greatly reduced going forward. This can be done using your NHS App, via our website or by picking up the phone. Let's all help each other to make this better.
