168 Missed Appointments in January

Last month there were a total of 168 booked appointments which patients failed to attend.  This was made up of 75 GP appointments, 45 Nurse appointments, 41 HCA appointments and 7 Pharmacist appointments.  As we are all aware, appointments are very hard to come by, so we would really like your help by letting us know in good time if you are unable to attend in the hope that this figure can be greatly reduced going forward.  You can cancel an appointment using your NHS App, via our website or by simply picking up the phone.  Let's all help each other to make this better.
